Jason Searl represents businesses and individuals in public and government law matters, with a focus on land use, environmental, real estate, banking, corporate, and higher education. A Central Florida native, he is an active thought leader in the real estate development space, serving on the Municipal Planning Board for the City of Orlando and as the firm representative for the Association of Florida Community Developers. He also serves as an assistant city attorney for the Towns of Astatula, Windermere, and Howey-in-the-Hills, and the Cities of Fort Meade, Polk City, and Wauchula.
Jason has extensive real estate transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, sales, licensing, development and finance, title insurance, and escrow and closing agent services as an agent of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and The Fund.
