Souffront Joins Miami's Corporate Practice

MIAMI (Sept. 28, 2009) -- GrayRobinson today announced that Carlos A. Souffront has joined the firm's Corporate and Litigation practice groups in the Miami office as a shareholder and will head the firm's International practice. His addition continues GrayRobinson's expanding statewide presence and increases its breadth of legal services in south Florida.

Souffront joins a Corporate practice team of more than 40 attorneys in south Florida, one of GrayRobinson's largest practice groups in the state.

The GrayRobinson Corporate practice has many years of combined legal experience in representing growing businesses and corporations, and offers its clients counsel on an array of matters with the assistance of GrayRobinson tax, securities, employment, and intellectual property attorneys, among others. For more than 15 years, Souffront has concentrated his practice in national and international matters affecting corporations and individuals, where he has focused on energy and natural resources, corporate and financial services, franchising and distribution, international asset recovery, international litigation and arbitration, and venture capital. In addition, he has successfully represented clients in transactions and government relations.

Souffront is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Among his most esteemed work, Souffront has represented clients from the Caribbean, Central and South America, Spain and Fortune 500 companies, among others. He is a member of The Florida Bar International Law Section, The National Hispanic Bar Association and The American Bar Association.
