Ansbacher to Participate in National Teleconference on Environmental Due Diligence (6/2010)

Sidney F. Ansbacher, attorney in GrayRobinson's Jacksonville office, has been selected as the seminar presenter for a national environmental teleconference through Lorman Education Services.

The teleconference, "Scope, Extent and Effect of EPA's New 'All Appropriate Inquiry Standard' for Environmental Due Diligence" is scheduled for June 2010.

Topics may include: overview of CERCLA liability; objectives of the EPA rules; performance factors and process required by the rule; obligations of a party requesting or relying upon a Phase I environmental site assessment; and others.
