GrayRobinson today announced Bankruptcy Deputy Section Chair and Fort Myers and Naples Deputy Managing Shareholder Luis Rivera has been selected to serve as program chair for the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) 48th Annual Alexander L. Paskay Memorial Bankruptcy Seminar on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at the Westin Tampa Waterside in Tampa, Fla. The ABI seminar is a memorial CLE program honoring the lifetime achievements of the late Bankruptcy Judge Alexander L. Paskay and features programming options geared toward both business and consumer issues, taught by a faculty of prominent regional and national speakers and bankruptcy judges. In his role as program chair, Luis will work with his judicial co-chairs Judge Delano and Mora to determine session topics and speakers.
