GrayRobinson is pleased to share Bankruptcy Section Chair and Miami Managing Shareholder Steven J. Solomon has been named to Florida Trend's Legal Elite NOTABLE Managing Partners list. Debuting last year, this category of NOTABLE Legal Elite received numerous nominations for exceptional lawyers across the state, followed by a Florida Trend editorial review that recognized 109 outstanding managing partners.
Steven has over 30 years of experience in business insolvencies, including bankruptcy, receiverships, dissolutions, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and liquidations. Steven regularly represents parties in connection with liquidations, distressed asset sales, preference and fraudulent transfer actions, fiduciary litigation, and other litigation arising out of or related to troubled businesses, including matters related to corporate governance.
Additionally, Steven serves as Board Chair of the Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired and sits on the Financial Literacy Committee of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida.
