GrayRobinson is proud to announce Shareholder Veronica Meza and Senior Associate Natali Reyes have been selected to participate in prestigious programs offered by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).
Veronica has been selected for the LCLD Fellows Program, a highly selective initiative designed to identify, train, and advance the next generation of legal leaders. The Fellows Program provides participants with the opportunity to build relationships with top general counsel and managing partners, develop their leadership skills, and gain critical insight into the legal industry's challenges and opportunities. Veronica focuses her practice on complex commercial and financial institutions litigation at the trial and appellate levels, in state and federal courts. She has also represented clients in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and in cross-border disputes before the International Center for Dispute Resolution.
Natali has been selected for the LCLD Pathfinders Program, which is tailored for early-career attorneys with high potential. This program focuses on foundational leadership skills, professional development, and building a network of peers to support future career advancement. Natali focuses her practice on corporate and real estate law. Her experience includes representing banking institutions, businesses, and private lenders in commercial real estate loan transactions.
The LCLD is a national organization comprising more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners, committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. Through programs such as the Fellows and Pathfinders initiatives, the LCLD helps build a pipeline of diverse leaders and promotes collaboration across the legal industry.
