GrayRobinson is pleased to announce Bankruptcy Deputy Section Chair Luis Rivera and Attorney Jack Brennan presented during the 30th Annual Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association (CFBLA) seminar on October 18, 2024, in Orlando, Florida, offering 8 hours of CLE credit.
Luis led the session "Advanced Fraud and Hidden Assets," providing insights into fraud-based litigation and methods into tracing and recovering hidden assets. The presentation covered three main phases: pre-suit investigation, case preparation and trial or settlement, and post judgement remedies and collections.
Jack moderated "Witness on a Stand: A Mock Sub Chapter V Confirmation Hearing with Tips and Tactics for the Effective Evidentiary Presentation" during the seminar’s first session.
The seminar, celebrating three decades of legal education and professional growth, featured programs on the latest legal trends in bankruptcy law, offering practical insights to enhance professional practices. Participants had the opportunity to network with colleagues and gain essential knowledge regarding bankruptcy law.
