Offering tailored strategies for compliance, licensing, and large-scale transactions. Unique blend of in-house counsel and private practice experience providing effective solutions in highly regulated markets.
Lauren Voke is an associate in the Miami office and a member of the firm’s Regulated Products Section. With a foundational understanding of the three-tier alcohol beverage system, tied-house issues, trade practice compliance, and alcohol licensing at all levels of government, she advises individual and corporate clients on the complex federal, state, and local laws and regulations surrounding the manufacture, sale, distribution, and marketing of regulated products. She guides clients through multi-million-dollar mergers and acquisitions and ensures compliance with post-transaction regulatory requirements nationwide. Lauren regularly oversees large-scale licensing projects and effectively manages the national licensing portfolios of corporations within the manufacturing, cruise, and retail industries.
Lauren gained valuable insights into the industry through secondments as in-house corporate counsel, where she deepened her knowledge of corporate governance, contract negotiation, lobbying, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. This blend of in-house and private practice experience allows her to deliver tailored solutions for clients, including drafting advertising, distribution, and sales contracts in compliance-focused industries.
Before joining GrayRobinson’s Regulated Products Section as a law clerk, Lauren clerked at a firm specializing in civil litigation involving tort claims, constitutional rights, and commercial disputes. She later honed her transactional and corporate law skills as a legal corporate intern at Del Monte Fresh Produce, where she developed valuable experience in transactional and corporate law and catalyzed her passion for working with the regulated products sector.
