Guiding clients through regulatory landscapes with insight and clarity. Offering informed counsel to help businesses address compliance challenges and limit risk.

Maria Lozonschi is a member of the GrayRobinson Regulated Products Team, focusing on alcohol beverage law and other regulated industries. Her legal career began with an impactful internship under the Honorable Julie S. Sneed, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Maria gained hands-on experience drafting legal opinions on complex regulatory matters, analyzing writs of execution on foreign judgments, and preparing orders on social security appeals. Her role involved thorough research on evidentiary standards and updating internal chambers documents on grand jury and warrant procedures, equipping her with the insight and acumen to help clients navigate regulatory challenges.

Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Maria worked for a nonprofit organization supporting survivors of trauma and human trafficking, where she drafted internal reports and strategic guidelines. Her role included researching legal environments in Myanmar and Ukraine, examining the mental health needs of trafficking survivors, and analyzing access to quality employment in Uganda based on International Labour Organization (ILO) standards.
