Tim Moore is an experienced trial litigator successfully representing public and private clients throughout Florida. Tim has meaningful experience in numerous areas of civil and administrative law, including notable litigation involving significant state programs and agencies.

Tim collaborates with clients and co-counsel to strategically manage litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, handling appeals and original proceedings before state and federal courts. Tim is highly attuned to the methods and customs of colleagues and practitioners, with a nuanced understanding of the rule of law, proper case management, and adherence to procedural requirements.

Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Tim served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark E. Walker of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida, and the Honorable Lori S. Rowe of the Florida First District Court of Appeals.
