Allison “Alli” Cross is an accomplished corporate lawyer with extensive in-house experience overseeing contract portfolios for large-scale entertainment projects. A skillful and well-rounded practitioner, she has handled contracts for hundreds of companies and vendors worldwide, representing a variety of sectors, including construction, architecture and engineering, art and talent, logistics, IT/networking, and design and fabrication of complex ride and show systems. 

Alli works closely with clients to close commercial contracts and transactions, from negotiation to signature and liaises with internal stakeholders to ensure corporate compliance and navigate risk management concerns. Her expertise includes complex negotiation, interpersonal communications, legal research and writing, and resolving delicate issues and pain points with discretion and attention to detail. 

Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Alli served as a legal and contracts supervisor with Universal Creative, a division of Universal Parks and Resorts, where she focused on contracts for large-scale themed entertainment projects. While in that role, Alli served three years at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka. She collaborates on an enterprise level with GrayRobinson colleagues across the firm to provide clients with multidimensional legal, relational, and contract support.
