Athena M. Warlen Attorney At Law

Athena, an attorney in the Firm’s Lakeland office, focuses her practice on real estate transactions. Her experience includes property law and estate matters and she has successfully closed multiple multimillion dollar commercial deals. Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Athena was an attorney at a local Lakeland law firm where she facilitated title closings, counseled clients in the purchase and sale of real estate, and prepared and filed motions relating to property issues, including quiet title actions and petitions for partition.

  Athena graduated, cum laude, from the University of South Florida in 2011 where she held a Senate position in Student Government. In 2014, she earned her juris doctorate from Florida A&M University, where she was on the Dean’s List and served as Vice President of the Entertainment Student Bar Association.
