Benjamin J. LeFrancois Attorney At Law

Ben is a shareholder in GrayRobinson's Lakeland office. His practice is focused on subrogation, arbitration and litigation. Ben has participated in intercompany arbitration, both in preparing the arbitration application and accompanying documentation and in attending arbitration hearings. Ben routinely assists in the settling of claims and has attended mediations. He is familiar with the workings of a large-scale subrogation practice and his organizational and interpersonal skills are an asset to the department.

Ben also concentrates his practice in the area of general civil litigation.

  Ben is a native of Lakeland, Florida. He is a 2002 graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He focuses his practice on subrogation law. Ben has worked in the firm's subrogation department since 1996, first as a legal assistant and then as a law clerk.
