Brett Kinsey focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, representing developers in various real estate development projects throughout the entire purchase and sale process. His experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all commercial real estate transaction documents; reviewing and analyzing title commitments, encumbrances, surveys, and restrictive covenants; drafting and reviewing documents for homeowners’ associations; and reviewing and negotiating ground leases for landlords and tenants.
