Elisabeth Crane helps private and public sector clients manage general business transactions and other complex areas of corporate and tax law. A detailed advisor with an advanced law degree in taxation, Elisabeth partners with executive leadership and in-house counsel to provide insight and guidance on transactional and corporate governance matters. She advises businesses in a wide variety of sectors, including real estate, banking and finance, health care, and government. Elisabeth’s client work includes experience representing various nonprofit organizations, the Town of Windermere, the City of Davenport, the North Brevard County Hospital District, Space Florida, and the Orange County Library District, among others. 

Elisabeth’s corporate practice centers on transactions and compliance matters involving tax, real estate, and health care. She works with clients to guide transactions, advise on corporate and tax structuring, assist with contract drafting and review, negotiate growth deals, and evaluate potential partnerships. She also advises clients in preparing and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements, mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchase agreements, leases, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other general commercial contracts.
