Gregg Lehrer brings more than 30 years of transactional experience to his comprehensive commercial real estate and real estate finance practice. He collaborates with a diverse portfolio of clients, including regional and national developers, lenders and financial institutions, owners, landlords and tenants, public and private companies, REITs, and other CRE investors with interests across a range of asset classes. A natural relationship builder, Gregg has developed a particular niche handling acquisitions within the commercial retail sector, connecting capital with opportunity for clients across the state and nationally, as well as representing landlords and tenants in all types of commercial property leasing matters, from office and retail leases to shopping center, warehouse, and outparcel leasing.

Before joining the firm, Gregg served as an attorney advisor for the U.S. Small Business Administration. His background in regulatory compliance and lending oversight informs his methodical approach to acquisitions and sales.
