Ken Jacobs is a commercial litigator with extensive experience defending Florida and regional businesses. A dedicated community leader with big-picture vision, he also serves as managing shareholder of the GrayRobinson Jacksonville office. Ken represents large corporations, employers, financial institutions, and faith-based organizations in an expansive range of complex commercial litigation arising from bankruptcy and debt workouts, contractual disputes, labor and employment claims, commercial real estate matters, and class actions.

A persuasive and engaging courtroom advocate, Ken embraces the responsibility of putting his clients’ best interests forward. He works efficiently and creatively to help resolve complex business disputes and avoid the financial and emotional burden of unnecessarily protracted litigation. In addition to his traditional trial expertise, Ken also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitrations and mediations.
