Kristie Hatcher-Bolin is a dedicated appellate practitioner serving clients throughout the litigation process. She is board certified by The Florida Bar in Appellate Practice and has represented clients in all of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, and the Eleventh Circuit. Clients turn to Kristie for her elevated approach, legal research and writing skills, and oral advocacy. She provides counsel on appeals covering a wide array of subject matter, including commercial disputes, civil rights, police liability, eminent domain, labor and employment, marital and family law, probate, ERISA, public records, and mortgage foreclosure decisions, among others. Kristie joined GrayRobinson after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Susan C. Bucklew, U.S. District Court Judge in Tampa, Florida.

Kristie routinely collaborates with GrayRobinson colleagues across the firm in handling high-stakes matters on appeal. In addition to her appellate work, Kristie handles general civil and commercial litigation, serves as a contract city attorney, is a volunteer guardian ad litem in dependency cases, and serves as pro bono appellate counsel for the Statewide Guardian ad Litem Office’s Defending Best Interests Program, providing a voice for children in the courtroom.
