Nikki Bhavsar helps construction clients understand and plan for risk. Known for her keen sector expertise and grasp of key pressures facing clients operating in this dynamic and evolving environment, she focuses her client offerings on construction, contract, and litigation matters throughout Florida. As construction continues to surge across the state, Nikki represents design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, and owners as they navigate labor challenges and regulatory pitfalls. 
 
Nikki assists clients with construction defect actions, lien and payment disputes, personal injury claims, contract interpretation and issues, and construction delay claims. She also provides drafting support for complex construction and design contracts, as well as development of risk management actions. Delivering a continuity of care over the course of a construction project, Nikki guides clients through the administration of contracts, legal management of issues that may arise, and proper dispute resolution procedures.  
 
Nikki is an active thought leader on trends affecting the construction sector as a whole and how digital transformation impacts the built world.
