Enthusiastic board certified attorney working alongside clients in construction law and litigation matters to ensure successful outcomes. Consistently focused on nuances of the case and effectively tackling new and developing legal concerns.

Randell “Rick” Rowe, board certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar, is a member of the GrayRobinson Construction Law Team. With a focus on construction law and commercial litigation, Rick represents contractors and developers throughout North, Central, and South Florida. He has worked on a variety of residential and commercial projects, including many high-profile developments in Florida.

In addition to his work in construction matters, Rick also specializes in civil appellate law and frequently handles complex construction matters before Florida’s District Courts of Appeal.

Beyond the courtroom, Rick brings knowledge to transactional matters, including crafting construction contracts and LLC operating agreements, negotiating construction liens, and preparing deeds. He is adept at navigating complex issues, including the application of Florida’s statute of repose, associations’ standing to sue for matters of common interest, and implementation of comparative fault for construction defect claims.

Rick’s client-focused approach ensures that he addresses practical needs by identifying qualified engineering experts, and facilitating joint conferences to focus on early resolutions where possible.
