Richard is also certified as a Florida Supreme Court circuit court mediator, with a deep appreciation for artful negotiation and the value of creative solutions.

As part of his expansive portfolio, Richard has helped clients navigate every stage of the litigation process, from the initial discovery through settlement negotiations, trials, and the appeals process.
