A sixth-generation Floridian, Robert Jones is board-certified by The Florida Bar in Tax Law. He represents corporate entities, nonprofit organizations, and charitable foundations on all aspects of business law matters, including tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, and business planning. Robert guides clients through every stage of the business and board lifecycle, from formation to succession planning. Additionally, he provides probate, wills, trusts, and estate planning services for high-net-worth individuals.
Robert is the former chair and a current member of the First Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission and an active contributor to the Northwest Florida community. He served as an adjunct professor at Florida Coastal School of Law, teaching Federal Income Taxation, and at the University of West Florida, where he taught Wills, Trusts, and Estates.
