Results-driven construction lawyer providing unparalleled strategic and technical acumen to a diverse clientele across Florida's public and private sectors. Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law.

Trevor Arnold leads the GrayRobinson Construction Team, one of Florida's largest construction law practices, handling major public and private infrastructure projects throughout the state. As comfortable on the job site as he is in the courtroom, construction companies, developers, public sector entities, and insurance companies alike seek Trevor out for his depth of technical expertise and insider’s grasp of the industry.

Trevor represents architects, designers, engineers, owners, and contractors in construction litigation arising primarily from defects, delays, and payments. He also counsels clients on compliance, loss prevention, and risk avoidance, as well as in construction transactions for complex projects from inception to completion. His clients include some of the largest engineering and construction firms in the nation, along with transit companies, luxury resort and hotel companies, insurance providers, as well as several Florida municipalities, hospitals, and universities.

Trevor manages a diverse portfolio of construction matters and disputes, focusing on horizontal infrastructure projects involving transportation and roadways, underground utilities, power supply, and environmental restoration. He has extensive experience with P3 and other heavy civil construction projects, with a keen understanding of the challenges this type of work presents geographically and in terms of overall complexity and liability. His work also includes the sensitive handling of personal injury and death claims during or after construction defects, failures, or inefficiencies. With decades of experience in project management, he understands the need for swift assessment, accessible solutions, and strategic plans of action.

Known for his ability to understand, distill, and deliver complex and technical concepts to professional and lay audiences, Trevor is an effective and relatable advocate in and out of the courtroom. He routinely collaborates with GrayRobinson colleagues in the Administrative and Regulatory, Government Affairs and Lobbying, and Real Estate practices to build strong teams appropriate for each matter and client.
