Candace Brascomb is a versatile attorney with experience in legal and legislative matters. She regularly works with health care clients in state administrative actions involving professional licensure and discipline, medical malpractice defense, and matters involving health and welfare benefit plans including ERISA litigation, non-ERISA employee benefits issues, individual policy matters, and contract claims disputes. Candace’s background includes working as a prosecutor at the Florida Department of Health, managing a team of attorneys and working closely with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the federal Drug Enforcement Administration.
