MIAMI, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Ian Kukoff has joined its Litigation Section as a shareholder. Based in the Miami office, Kukoff focuses his practice on various legal areas, encompassing commercial law and litigation for a diverse portfolio of clientele.

Kukoff is a committed advocate and trusted advisor, representing a wide range of clients in complex business disputes where he brings over three decades of experience litigating disputes involving construction, business torts, commercial landlord-tenant matters and leases, real estate, condominium law, debt collection, bankruptcy, and breach of contract. He began his legal career in Dallas, Texas, where he actively contributed to various legal matters, including real estate transactions, construction law, foreclosure proceedings, corporate issues, and workouts.

Kukoff received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the George Washington University School of Business. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, Federal Court of Claims, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for Middle District of Florida. Kukoff is an active member of the American Bar Association and The Florida Bar.
