ORLANDO, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Jack Boudet and Jessica Santos have joined its Litigation Section.
Boudet, based in the firm’s Orlando office, focuses his practice on products liability and toxic tort, construction, personal injury, and class action defense. He has prior experience at an insurance defense firm representing Fortune 500 companies in various general negligence disputes. Boudet also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert E. Long, Jr. at the First District Court of Appeals, honing his skills in legal research, drafting legal memoranda, and becoming educated in an array of appellate civil and criminal issues.
Boudet received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University (FSU) College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from FSU. He participated in moot court and was a two-time best brief award winner and national champion of the UCLA Cybercrimes Moot Court Competition. Boudet is an active member of The Florida Bar, Cuban American Bar Association, and Orange County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Santos, based in the firm’s Miami office, focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including class actions, spanning state and federal commercial cases. She is a valuable resource through pretrial litigation and is skilled in document review, comprehensive case strategy, ensuring compliance, and identifying negotiation and settlement opportunities. Before joining GrayRobinson, Santos obtained commercial and healthcare litigation experience at a complex commercial litigation boutique. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Ungaro of the Southern District Court of Florida and the Honorable Judge Gordo of the Florida Third District Court of Appeals.
Santos received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Florida International University. She serves on the Advocacy Committee of the National Association of Women Lawyers.
Boudet and Santos’ announcement follows the recent addition of Scott Palmer, Andrew J. Wozniak, and Bryan Yarnell, to the Litigation Section.
