FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – GrayRobinson today announced Erik C. Neudorff has joined its Litigation Section as of counsel, bringing more than a decade of strategic experience navigating complex construction disputes and commercial litigation.
Neudorff represents local and national corporations and developers in state and federal courts, advising contractors, owners, design professionals, condominium associations, suppliers, and insurance carriers. He is uniquely skilled at resolving complex claims, including construction defects, professional negligence, payment disputes, and building code compliance. Neudorff regularly collaborates with expert witnesses to tackle complicated, multimillion-dollar construction defect cases, and several high-stakes cases highlight his dedication to delivering effective solutions for clients. Before his role as a construction litigator, he assisted in managing the construction of a hotel and condominium complex, providing a unique blend of practical hands-on experience and legal acumen.
Neudorff received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida (UF) Levin College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UF Warrington School of Business with an area of specialization in urban planning from Rinker School of Building Construction. He is board certified by The Florida Bar in construction law and is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
