GrayRobinson is pleased to announce its Tampa Managing Shareholder Frederick Schrils has been certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a circuit court mediator for two years, effective July 26, 2024. In this role, appointed by circuit court judges and private parties, Fred will serve as a neutral and impartial mediator focused on helping, encouraging, and facilitating parties as they work through issues and explore alternatives through mediation. He will assist parties in reaching a voluntary agreement to help settle their cases short of trial. Fred is an accomplished financial services industry litigator and counselor and leads GrayRobinson's Securities, Litigation, Arbitration, and Regulatory Team and focuses his practice on helping securities and financial services industry clients navigate complex issues and disputes, mitigate risk, and negotiate positive outcomes in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.
