GrayRobinson Labor and Employment Deputy Section Chair Stephanie Marchman Honored with Alan B. Bookman Service in Leadership Award

GrayRobinson is proud to announce Labor and Employment Deputy Section Chair Stephanie Marchman has received the prestigious Alan B. Bookman Service in Leadership Award from The Florida Bar. This accolade is presented to individuals who exhibit outstanding professionalism, dedication to the practice of law, mentorship, commitment to The Florida Bar, and community service.

Stephanie’s involvement with The Florida Bar began in 2015. She has held numerous leadership positions, including chair of the Federal Court Practice Committee and Eighth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee and member of the Constitutional Judiciary Committee. In 2017, Stephanie was elected to serve as the Eighth Judicial Circuit Representative on The Florida Bar Board of Governors, where she plays a critical role in lawyer discipline proceedings and the application of the rules regulating The Florida Bar.

In addition to her contributions to Florida’s legal community, Stephanie is deeply committed to serving the Gainesville community. Since 2021, she has provided pro bono legal counsel for the Mirror Image Leadership Academy, a three-year leadership program for 7th-9th graders in the Alachua community.

Stephanie serves as the deputy section chair for the Labor and Employment Section, contributing to strategic client development, administrative functions, and business decisions that support the section. Her leadership within the firm is marked by a commitment to mentorship, fostering growth and development among junior colleagues through collaborative projects and guidance.
