GrayRobinson Elevates 9 Attorneys and Advisors

Alexis Mason, Regulated Products, Miami

Mason is a member of the GrayRobinson national Alcohol Law Team. She focuses her practice on trade regulation and compliance guidance associated with mergers and acquisitions in the alcohol industry. Mason's experience includes work on multi-billion-dollar beverage industry mergers, combining her corporate law and alcohol law acumen. 

Erik Neudorff, Litigation, Fort Lauderdale

Neudorff, a Florida Bar board-certified construction attorney, has over a decade of experience focused on construction and commercial litigation. His skills encompass resolving complex claims, from construction professionals, developers, and other individuals in the construction industry. Neudorff is a trusted advocate for both local and national corporations, as well as developers, appearing in state and federal courts. His clientele includes contractors, owners, design professionals, developers, condominium associations, suppliers, and insurance carriers. His practice spans from representing clients in multi-million-dollar arbitrations and trials with success to counseling client’s on day-to-day solutions for ongoing projects and contract disputes.

Alecia Ingram, Public Finance, Tampa

Ingram is a member of the GrayRobinson Public Finance Team. She focuses her practice on all aspects of public finance transactions, including bond counsel and disclosure counsel. She also serves as counsel for both underwriters and banks. As disclosure and underwriters' counsel, Ingram has extensive experience preparing critical documents, such as offering materials, bond purchase agreements, continuing disclosure agreements, material event notices, and disclosure policies and procedures.

Angela Drzewiecki, Government Affairs and Lobbying, Tallahassee

Drzewiecki is an experienced government affairs advisor who is highly skilled in the legislative process and government operations. She brings over a decade of experience in government relations and focuses her practice on many issues, including legislative appropriations, local government matters, transportation, and public safety. Drzewiecki works with clients of all sizes, including non-profit organizations, to develop short-term and long-term strategies focused on achieving the client's goals.
