ORLANDO, Fla. – GrayRobinson is pleased to announce Shannon Kelly has joined its Labor and Employment practice as a shareholder. Based in the Orlando office, Kelly provides strategic counsel on all aspects of labor, employment, and employee benefits law, from compliance and preventative advice to litigation support.

Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge in helping employers navigate complex federal and state regulations, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Affordable Care Act (ACA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Her practice also includes guiding clients through policy development, internal audits, and employee benefits plan design.

In addition to her work with private employers, Kelly has extensive experience representing higher education institutions, providing counsel on complex employment law claims. Her litigation background includes defending clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, and other employment law matters, ensuring clients are prepared to manage even the most complex disputes.
Kelly holds an Employee Benefits Law Certificate from Temple University Beasley School of Law, a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Florida State University. She is admitted to practice in Florida before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She serves on the board of directors for the Crealdé School of Art.
