TAMPA, Fla. – GrayRobinson is pleased to announce the addition of three new associate attorneys to its growing Construction Team and Litigation practice. The new attorneys include Michele A. Ebone, Daniel “Danny” J. Amirata, and Luc C. Mazzini II.
Michele A. Ebone, Senior Associate, Tampa
Michele Ebone focuses her litigation practice on construction defect claims, professional negligence, building code violations, and contract disputes. She guides general contractors and subcontractors through all stages of litigation, including cases involving Florida Statute Chapter 558 claims. She also has experience defending personal injury claims.
Ebone received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University (FSU). She is admitted to practice in Florida. Ebone is an active member of The Florida Bar, Hillsborough County Bar Association, and Manatee County Bar Association.
Daniel “Danny” J. Amirata, Associate, Tampa
Amirata focuses his practice on construction law and litigation, representing developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and suppliers involved in residential, commercial, and multi-use projects. He also has experience working on construction defect and personal injury cases.
Amirata earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts. Amirata is an active member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He served as the executive editor of the Stetson Journal of Advocacy and the Law while attending law school.
Luc C. Mazzini II, Associate, Orlando
Mazzini’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, personal injury defense, and construction litigation. He has experience litigating a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, post-judgment collection actions, construction defect claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and other business torts. He has also represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in medical malpractice and general liability cases.
During law school, Mazzini clerked for the Honorable Ronald W. Flury at the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida and served as a certified legal intern in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.
Luc received his Juris Doctor from FSU College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Psychology from FSU. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District. Mazzini is an active member of The Florida Bar and Orange County Bar Association.
