GrayRobinson today announced its Public Finance Team has been ranked No. 1 in Florida by LSEG, formerly Refinitiv, for its issuer disclosure counsel representations in 2024. GrayRobinson served as issuer’s disclosure counsel on more than $2.6 billion in new debt issuances in Florida, representing a 25.7% market share in the state. Additionally, under the leadership of Public Finance Chair Brian Fender, GrayRobinson ranked first in Florida as underwriters’ counsel by the number of transactions, handling 70 new municipal debt issuances. The GrayRobinson Public Finance Team’s deal volume has grown with the recent additions of Alecia Ingram and Vanessa Steinerts in 2023. In addition to its top state rankings, members of the GrayRobinson Public Finance Team were recognized in 2024, with Fender recognized by Chambers USA and The Best Lawyers in America® in Public Finance Law, and Shareholder Jennifer Taylor recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® for Public Finance Law.
