GrayRobinson is proud to announce Associate Attorney Andres "Andy" Garcia has been selected to join the Class III Cohort of the L.E.A.D. with CABA Leadership Program, a prestigious initiative of the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA).
L.E.A.D.—Leadership, Education, And Development—was created to cultivate rising leaders within CABA, the Florida Bar, and the broader legal and civic communities. The highly selective program spans several months and features a series of intensive workshops, community engagement opportunities, and one-on-one mentorship with established leaders in the legal profession. Participants in the program will undergo training in key areas, such as public speaking, negotiation, team-building, conflict resolution, and leadership ethics. The cohort will also engage in volunteer service, legal mentorship, and network with prominent leaders across the state.
Andy is located in the GrayRobinson Miami office and focuses his practice on labor and employment law. He advises and represents businesses in matters involving workplace compliance, litigation, and regulatory enforcement. His selection for the L.E.A.D. program reflects his professional accomplishments and commitment to community leadership.
