GrayRobinson Attorney David Allen will present “Health Law” during the Florida Law Update 2024 Seminar at The Florida Bar’s annual convention on Thursday, June 20, 2024, in Orlando. The seminar, offered by The Florida Bar CLE Committee and the Solo & Small Firm Section, will provide CLE credit to participating attorneys.
David’s presentation will feature an update on state and federal health laws, highlighting recent legislative changes regarding health care. At the state level, he will cover the 2024 budget breakdown, Health and Human Services budget highlights, new health insurance mandates, and Department of Health regulations. On the federal level, he will provide an overview of the significant federal healthcare legislation and recent executive orders by President Joe Biden.
