GrayRobinson Shareholder Michael J. Colitz III presented "False Advertising and the National Advertising Division of the BBB" during the Florida Bar’s Annual Convention in Orlando. The presentation was delivered to the Intellectual Property Law Committee.
Michael’s presentation detailed false advertising claims under the Lanham Act and before the National Advertising Division (NAD). He reviewed the NAD process, NAD cases, related Lanham Act cases, and practice tips.
Michael focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. He has litigated numerous patent, trademark, and copyright matters in courts throughout the country. Michael is Board Certified in Intellectual Property Law by The Florida Bar and is a past chair of The Florida Bar’s Intellectual Property Law Committee.
