We are experienced in working with clients through the plan amendment process and the creation of land development regulations that responsibly accommodate growth, maintain neighborhood integrity, and provide for appropriate transitions between and within neighborhoods and encouraging walkable mixed-use neighborhoods. We are also skilled at working with local officials to develop a plan strategy that accommodates the changing vision of the community and to prepare the appropriate regulations to implement that vision.
