Andy Garcia is an associate attorney in the GrayRobinson Miami office. Andy's practice centers on advising and defending employers across many sectors involving a wide range of state and federal labor and employment laws, including defending against employment discrimination and retaliation claims, litigating complex contractual matters and commercial disputes, assisting in collective bargaining negotiations, and defending clients against whistleblower, wage and hour, and other employment-related claims.

During law school, Andy served as president of the Student Bar Association, leading initiatives such as fundraising for a nonprofit law firm providing pro bono services to underserved communities across Northeast and North Central Florida. He also assisted the law school’s Immigration Clinic as a Spanish interpreter for asylum seekers while clerking in the GrayRobinson Gainesville office.

Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Andy acquired workers’ compensation defense and commercial litigation experience while working at a firm in South Miami.
