Receptionist

Description

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist in our Orlando office. Successful candidate must have 3+ years of receptionist experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services organization, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills. Primary duties include answering and routing telephone calls, taking messages and sending emails, greeting, and assisting visitors, receiving, and recording deliveries, coordinating meetings, and maintaining conference room schedules. Ideal candidate will also have 3+ years of secretarial experience and exceptional computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
