Assistant – Private Client Services

Description

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 15 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for full-time Assistant in our Lakeland office that will provide support to the Private Client Services practice. This position requires 2+ years’ experience in a professional office environment, handling a variety of administrative duties – legal experience is a big plus. Responsibilities include opening and organizing paper and electronic files, copying and scanning documents, preparing notebooks and portfolios, scheduling meetings, and providing general administrative support. Additionally, this position offers support to the receptionist as a backup.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate will also possess good time management and organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability and desire to learn other programs and applications.
