- Advise clients regarding the impact of COVID-19 on collective bargaining agreements
- Counsel management on their rights with respect to the unions and necessary operational changes
- Compliance with executive orders and impacts on businesses and other employers
- Impact of the CARES Act and other legislation to provide financial relief to employers
- Counsel employers on resources available to maintain operations
