The Criminal and White Collar Defense task force can assist with the following:
- Discuss and provide counsel regarding issues relating to the Act’s potential felony provisions that deal with overpayments and false statements made in connection with claims
- Answer questions regarding how to avoid potential sanctions
- Ability to defend any allegations of coronavirus fraud both civilly and criminally.
