The banking and finance task force can assist with the following:
- Small Business Lending (SBA) – we advise our clients regarding The Care Act SBA 7(a) program expansion for small business between 1 and 500 employees
- Large Businesses Lending – the CARE includes an Economic Injury Disaster Loan program extension for certain qualified businesses between 500 and 10,000 employees; while this portion of the CARE Act only applies to limited industries, we continue to advise our clients in all lending arrangements
- Regulatory - we assist our bank clients with the complex regulatory structure of the CARE Act
- Disputes - we represent our clients with troubled debt restructuring, commercial special assets and residential special asset consulting and litigation
