The Real Estate task force can assist with the following:
- Negotiating contract provisions, including but not limited to force majeure provisions, impossibility of performance defenses, and other contractual issues
- Negotiating with tenants, landlords and lenders concerning tenant default, rent abatement, rent deferral and loan forbearance
- Advising borrowers and lenders concerning restructuring of loans, forbearance agreements, and other loan modifications
